Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This period starts from the day you receive the ordered item.

1.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal

  • Notify us via info@ttvault.se. Please include your name, address, email address, order number, and which items you wish to return.
  • The items must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • You as the customer are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the items upon return. Products must be well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • Important regarding collectible cards (TCG): We do not accept returns of products with broken seals/packaging. The product must be in exactly the same condition as when delivered.
  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount for depreciation if the product has been handled more than necessary.
  • Returns should be sent with PostNord for smooth handling, no later than 3 days after you have been in contact with us.

1.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

  • Products with broken seals that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
  • Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken.
  • Custom-made products with a clear personal customization.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate (e.g. food items).
  • Products delivered sealed in original packaging where the customer has broken the seal.

2. Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before shipping. If an item is still damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will fix the issue free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.

2.1 Procedure for complaints:
Send your complaint to [Enter your email address]. Include your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund you for the product. We cover return shipping for approved complaints. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

3. Limitation of Liability

  • TT Vault is not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
  • We are not responsible for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, or failure of suppliers to deliver.
  • Regarding single cards: When purchasing single cards without specific photos or detailed condition descriptions, the condition may vary from “Poor” to “Mint.” Contact us before purchase if you would like photos or more information. By completing the purchase without contacting us, you accept receiving the card in its current condition.

4. Product Information

We reserve the right for typographical errors and items being sold out. We cannot guarantee that images accurately reflect the exact appearance of the product (e.g. color differences due to screen settings).
