Shipping policy
Delivery at TT Vault
At TT Vault, we want you to receive your order quickly, safely, and smoothly. All packages are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Trelleborg using trackable carriers such as PostNord and DHL.
Delivery Time
- In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days after you place your order.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times:
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Denmark & Finland: 2–6 business days (depending on location and pickup point)
Delivery Methods
Sweden
- Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
- Smaller orders may be delivered directly to your mailbox.
- Larger, bulky, or higher-value orders are always shipped with tracking to a pickup point or parcel locker.
- For security reasons, we may upgrade shipping to a trackable service if necessary.
Other EU Countries
- Delivery is made with tracked shipping to a pickup point or parcel locker.
- You will receive a notification by email or SMS when your package is ready for pickup.

- Sweden
- Other EU countries
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on delivery country, order value, and selected delivery method.
- Free shipping within Sweden on orders over 1,999 SEK (tracked delivery to pickup point).
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period (normally about 10 days) and is returned to us, a fee of 199 SEK will be charged.
This fee covers:
- Shipping
- Return shipping
- Administrative handling
